1 tuna steak
1/4 cup olive oil
1 sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. whole coriander seeds

In a food processor combine sunflower seeds, salt, black pepper and coriander to create a crumb mixture. Coat steak with olive oil and them with the crumb mixture and broil fish in the oven for about 7 minutes. Serve warm.
