No Excuses! You can do these stair exercises almost anywhere.
1.Run up / jog down
2. Lunge-Depending on the width of the steps, take two steps at a time
3. Stair Jumps-Stand facing bottom of staircase. Squat down and jump up steps using a double arm swing. Upon landing, immediately jump up steps again.
4. Side step up cross over – Feet parallel to edge of step, step up with left, cross over and step on next step with right foot all the way up the stairs).
5. Calf raises off end of step
6. Decline Push-ups -Put your feet on a stair and position your hands on the ground below the first stair. Perform a push-up. Put your feet on higher stairs as you gain strength.
7. Tricep Dips-Face body away from stairs. Raise up on arms, extending elbows but not locking them.
8. Planks -Toes on bottom step, elbows on ground, hold body parallel to floor.
