I know you want to feel vibrant, healthy, alive!

You want to feel God’s abundant life pulsing through you, energizing your body, as you become all He has created you to be.

Now imagine you have all the time in the world to experience that— Never feeling overwhelmed, only full, satisfied, knowing that life is not perfect but you are on cue, the rhythm of life is flowing in and through you. The world may be offbeat, but you…you are in a state of harmony because you are rooted in and upheld by the powerful presence of God’s love.

But the reality is you’re overwhelmed. You’re always playing catch up but never catching up. Your plate clears only to be filled up and overflowing again.

And it’s happened so many times now, you’re approaching burnout.

And here’s why that’s happening.

Our world makes us feel that we never have enough time to live. We only have enough time to work. And work makes us feel we never have enough time to complete the important tasks only the urgent. But the good news is I can show you how to transform your time so that you live life with less stress and more calm.

In this 75-minute workshop, I’ll share these

3 essential core principles

that will help you to experience more liveness, restfulness and a sense of timelessness as you grow closer to God and improve in your personal and professional life spaces.

Key # 1

Operate in time from a place of love.

Where you establish your roots determines the type of energy that flows from you. Discover from a place of love how you can be renewed and rejuvenated daily.

Key # 2

Create designated spaces to experience time in a new way.

Wherever you exist, you occupy space. Whatever space you occupy, time exists in it. Learn seven spaces in life that will sustain your health and wellbeing as you fill them with grace, peace, and joy.

Key # 3

Train the body, mind, and spirit to work together harmoniously.

Nature works together holistically and cyclically. Likewise, as human beings, we also operate in a similar manner.  Learn how to integrate your body, mind, and spirit so that they function wholistically and harmoniously.

What People Are Saying

David F. Allen, MD, MPH

Distinguished Life Fellow – American Psychiatric Association

Etta Hornsteiner is a distinguished educator, coach, and bodybuilder with deep spiritual insight.  She integrates spirituality, psychology and physical development.  I have had the chance to work with her in refinement of the Contemplative Discovery Pathway Theory (CDPT).  This model teaches a process of emptying our hearts of hurt and shame in order to move from our defensive, shame false self toward the authentic self in love, forgiveness and gratitude.

One of the first things I learned from Etta’s online course was moving from mastery to intimacy. That was a big one for me. I’m the kind of person who must have all her ducks in a row. I need to know where everything is. I need to know where everything is coming from. I was so busy. I didn’t have time for anything. I had to learn to let go and move more toward intimacy with God.

Four elements intrigued me most about Etta’s program: God approach, integration of our spiritual health with our physical and mental health. Doing this course was out of my comfort zone, but in my heart, I knew and still know today socialization and relationships are critical to my mental health. Etta is genuine, kind, confident yet not pushy.

About Me

Etta Hornsteiner

For 21 years, Etta has been in the health and wellness field. Etta’s passion for health and wellness started when she began competing as a bodybuilder in 2001.

Eventually that passion for competing morphed into living a healthy lifestyle all while being a high school teacher, which she did for 13 years. Etta later became a personal trainer, training and teaching her clients about health and fitness. But the deep desire of Etta’s heart was to see members of the body of Christ living healthy lives not just spiritually but also physically and mentally.

In response to this need, she began one of the first faith-based Christian digital magazines called LiveLiving.  Etta published the magazine for about 7 years before returning to school to pursue a master’s degree in integrative health and wellness coaching.

Etta trained at Maryland University of Integrative Health and Duke Integrative Medicine. She holds a master’s degree in education with emphasis in theater and a master’s degree in Health and Wellness Coaching. She is certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching in the United States and the International Coaching Federation.

Etta is the author of The Ten Guiding Lights to Health and Wholeness. Recently, Etta successfully launched the online group-coaching program Journey to Wholism, based on her book.

Today, Etta has a private coaching practice and a nonprofit organization called LiveLiving International Foundation, with the vision to help Christians experience kingdom-based healthy living by bridging spirituality and behavioral health through group coaching and education.
